How props rental works

Arrange Pickup & Return
Arrange Pickup & Return Decide on a convenient time for pickup and return. You can opt for self-collection or meet at an MRT station.

Confirm & Pay
Complete your payment, and you're all set! Please handle our props with care.
Important : All rented items must be returned in their original condition. Any damages incurred will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be billed to the renter.

The standard rental period is one week, but you can let us know if you need an extension.

We can arrange delivery, but we don’t recommend it, as the logistics may cost more than the rental itself. We work with outsourced drivers and delivery companies, but you’re welcome to arrange your own if that’s more convenient.
Are the props cleaned and maintained before rental?
For our own shoots, we always clean and dry the props before returning them to our props library. We recommend that rental customers do the same before returning the items. Of course, we will inspect and ensure everything is in good condition before adding them back to our collection.
What happens if a prop is lost or damaged during the rental period?
If any item is lost or damaged, you will be required to cover the full cost of replacement.
